Backing up data is all good but it doesn't matter if you never test your backups. How many times have you restored your backups or even test them to make sure they are still usable? It's good to get in a habit of testing your backups regularly.

I always get asked what software I use to backup my data or method I use. I can easily answer that by saying I use Windows NT Backup aka Backup Utility. It simply does the job.
