Okaay, I can see why some of you are getting annoyed with Windows Vista! Right out of the box you get these annoying windows asking you "A program needs your permission to continue". I couldn't take it no longer when I attempted to start a small program like Windows calculator...
Despite how annoying and tedious the User Account Control (UAC) message is, Microsoft had thoroughly thought the implementation of the User Account Control. The Users Account Control (UAC) will then pop-up, asking for permission to continue. The UAC stops unauthorized changes to your computer, therefore prevent any type of virus, spyware, malicious scripts from running without users "okaay". Whether you are a standard user or a local adminstrator you will still be prompted with the question. Hmm doesn't this new feature sound like Apple's OS X Tiger, and Leopard message prompt whenever you do any changes to the system. Anyways that's another topic to talk about!
Say good bye to silent installs! :) ... for now.
Here are the steps to remove Users Account Control (UAC)
Goto the Control Panel and click on Classic View
Click on User Accounts
Click on Turn User Account Control on or off
Uncheck User User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer
