This tutorial will show you how to unlock any iPhone with the firmware 1.1.4. For those who want to restore the software because your iPhone is acting funny this will apply to you folks out there. Remember, once you restore the iPhone firmware you will lose all the data so make sure to run a backup (sync in iTunes) before doing this. Let's begin.

Requirements

• Apple iPhone
• Apple iTunes 7.5+ [Apple iTunes download]
• Apple iPhone USB connector cord
• 1.1.4 Firmware - iPod1,1_1.1.4_4A102_Restore.ipsw [Download]
• ZiPhone 3.0 - [Download]

Step 1 - Connect iPhone to your PC

• Connect your Apple iPhone to your PC

Step 2 - Restore/Update iPhone to 1.1.4 firmware (Skip to Step 3 if your iPhone came with 1.1.4)

• Start iTunes
• Click on the iPhone icon on the left hand side.
• Click Update that is on the right hand side of the menu
• It will prompt and ask you to download. Confirm it.
• Once this is step is completed you officially have a locked iPhone with 1.1.4

Step 3 - Unlock

• Start ZiPhone 3.0
• Click on  Do it All! (this will Unlock, JailBreak, and Activate)

Your iPhone is now unlocked!!
